30-day money-back guarantee

FAYA accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for products that are unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to eligible returns under these conditions. Products that have been opened or tried are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.

How to request a return

Email admin@usefaya.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Contact us within the 30-day period before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions, the correct return address and details of any applicable return-shipping arrangements.

Please do not send returns to our correspondence address without receiving return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email admin@usefaya.com with your order number and details of the issue so we can help. Include photos where possible. The unopened-product condition for change-of-mind returns does not limit your rights regarding faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
