About these terms

These terms apply when you browse the FAYA store or purchase from us. Our store is hosted by Shopify. Please read these terms alongside our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Using the store

Use the store lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access or use another person’s payment information without permission. If you create an account, keep your login details secure.

Products, prices and orders

Product descriptions, available options and prices are shown on the product pages. Review the selected bundle, quantity, discount and order total before completing checkout. Bundle offers apply as described on the relevant product page. Prices and availability may change; the price confirmed for your order is the price applicable to that order.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed at checkout. If you notice an error in your order, contact us promptly at admin@usefaya.com. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Product use

Always follow the directions, warnings and suitability guidance on the product packaging. Perform any patch test required by the label before use. Use products only on the areas indicated on their packaging and stop use if irritation occurs.

Shipping and returns

Our Shipping Policy explains dispatch times, destinations and charges. Our Refund Policy explains the 30-day money-back guarantee for unused, unopened products in their original packaging, and how to request help with faulty or incorrect items.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and shared when you use the store or contact us.

Your rights and changes to these terms

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your mandatory consumer rights. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Changes do not remove rights that already apply to an existing order.
